Why we need balanced life?
In this world everything is balanced ,As a human being our life should be balanced. Balanced life is essential for personal effectiveness,peace of mind and personal health and well-being in fast-paced in this modern world
We will handle various elements in our life .There will be a chance ,we may not able to concentrate internal (Health) and external (Work) paraellely.Sometimes we will conectarte more on health and forgot other element in our life, vise versa.
Balanced life gives you a better outlook on life and everyday you will feel better than yesterday
How to do self assessment?
Self assessment is one of the best practices to find out ,what Iam doing? ,Where Iam lagging?,Where I need to concentrate more?,What should I do ?
We can do self assessment,It’s very simple🌹.
Sit,Relax,remove all your thoughts for few minutes.Start concentrate on yourself and try to find answer for those questions I mentioned early.
Then list out the following (Here Am giving some reference )
1.Health
2.Finance
3.Family
4.Friends
5. Professional
6.Sleep
7.Personal Growth (Goals)
8.Career
You can add or delete as per your wish
Try to Analyze ,Which one you are concentrating more ? And Plot the results,try to give marks for each one out of 10
If your score is less then 5 you need to concentrate more on that.
Here I Am giving some example

How to balance our life?
First you have to concentrate on your health ,”Without health every thing is nothing”
Concentrate on your family,Try to spend some times with your family.Go out relax
Make money and try to get satisfied what you have.
Your friends have the potential to change you,make good friends and enjoy with them .
Nowadays peoples are not getting good sleep,Due to stress ,depression,frustration.If you have trouble in sleep exercise daily (vigorous exercise is best,but even light exercise is better than no physical activity)and try to avoid thinking when you are going to bed.
Everyone having their own goals, which they want to achieve in their life.Start a journey to achieve that goal,along with your career.
Compare your graph (which you plotted) every month and see the difference.
