Some may believe answer will be yes, Just think before getting into conclusion,As a Human being we came across various situations in our real life, anyone at any situations they may get frustrated in their life,So answer will be No.But we can diminish .In real life you may find some other options ,some may tried to avoid getting frustrated. If you think practically answer will be No.But there will be much possibilities to avoid getting frustrated.
Peoples were getting frustrated , because they anticipate more in their life.I can say , Frustration directly proportional to expectation…When ever expectation increases there will be boundless increase in frustration.
Give a wide berth to expectation from others.
Cultivate your own self-sufficiency
Is better to change your perception ,in order to handle frustration better.
Try to do meditation when ever you get frustrated.Meditation will helps to improve your self-management.
Try to figure out source of the frustration,once you figured out then find solution for that.And try to avoid those in future.
Just remember past is past ,nothing will change ,but we can change our future so it’s better to think about your future rather than worring about past.
Do something pleasant enjoyable instead of beating yourself mentally

I feel the difference already. I have more energy, and it does make me kinder to myself. Also, I’ve noticed that it is easier for me to talk with others. I feel more at ease connecting with people.
